Malfuntional Sony Ericsson Mobile

The mobile set was purchased from a showroom at bhubaneswar in first week of december. After about 11 months the mobile handset started malfuntioning. The defects are as follows:-

(i) Scroll key is not functioning.

(ii) Handset switch is not operational.

(iii) On receipt of call the voice is not audible.

I took is to the service centre, at bhubaneswar (Tele :- 0674 - 2597655) and deposited the handset for repair on 16 Nov 09

Inspite of repeated visit to the service centre the mobile set is not repaired as yet though it was initially told that it will be repaired in one or two days. I have been told that some parts have been asked for. Once it comes set can be repaired. Till date nothing has been heard from the service centre. Please expedite the repair process.
