Monthly Billing complaint

My Mobile No is 09394220070, From past 6 month i activated 99 Rs R 2 R free, this month from 4th to 8th and 23rd to 24th i shifted 199 plan to 995 Plane rooming free, during this month maximum call was made to reliance No only, I was shocked to c my bill for rs 2122 in which my all call are made to Reliance only, during the discussions with customer care I found that 99 rs R 2 R plan was deactivated during the change of plane 995 I specific asked regarding 99 R2R they told all other plan will remain same (SMS Offer and R2R Offer) only there will be change in 199 plane to 995 as per the calculation of days activated. I am very much disturbed of it. Now I am thinking to cancel my connection along with my parents 2 and my wife total 4 connection. This will not bring any change in your business.
