We had purchased a refrigerator Model No.11063 Sr. No.2201190 from Vijay Sales, Goregaon (w), Mumbai 400 062 on 15th July.

the fridge since purchase is giving us lot of trouble and not working properly. On and off it stops working and we had complained about the problem many many times. Complaint details:

09/03/10 & 10/03/10 called the call centres attended by Ms. Shamim, cell no.9223304628.

12/03/10 cod 847 comp no. MB 0310005002

07/05/10 cod 490 complaint no. MB 0510005686.

The compressor was also replaced twice. Still the problem has not been solved. The fridge at the moment has stopped working.

The fridge is still under warranty.

Now we are really tired calling up the company and request simply to replace the fridge with a new one immediately. If do not receive any feed back with ina week we are going to the consumer court for redressal.
