Not getting free gift

I bought Samsung S5620 mobile on 14/05/10 at Univercell Tiruvarur. I pay advance on 12/05/10 and get the mobile after two days..I ask them about the free gift and they assure me you can get when the product is delivered. After I bought they don't even speak about the free gift and i ask them they promise me to give the free gift after two days. A whole week is gone..and whenever I ask through phone they are not giving any responsible answer... Whether they give the free gift or not..If no means why they put the ad and assure me... Worst customer service ever I had...
