Wrong balance deduction - scam

My phone number is 98789-29204. I recharged my airtel phone with 1499 rupees plan and since then it's been deducting wrong amount. If I check my balance after 10 mins with no use the balance would be less. This is making me dislike airtel and shows that airtel also do these kind of things to rip people off. If anyone from airtel reads it pls fix this problem or I will never use airtel again and let every single person about this service. I'm very disapointed.
