Non Delivery of product

I had placed an order for a Sandwich Maker from India Plaza by utilizing my reward points on my Citibank credit card. The order (No.- IN2912100202) was placed on 29th Dec'10 and on the site they declared that the product would be delivered in 5 days.

Till today (27th Jan'11), I am yet to hear from them on the product. I had called them, raised tickets on their site but all of them to no avail.

ANY PROSPECTIVE BUYER, PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM INDIAPLAZA.
