No delivery of Purchase

I purchased a mobile (Sony Erricssion C 903) from IndiaPlaza on 6th August by making online payment through net banking. My order no is IN0608100684. As per the the claim by the company the order was suppose to be dispatched latest by 13th August. However the website keep on showing the order pending for despatch. I raised a complain on the website (as there is no other option to contact them over the phone) about the issue. However I have not received any response from the Company.

Now the strange thing is that there is no contact no's given on the website of the Company. So as per then they can not be contacted through any other medium other than written complain on website (to which I have not received any response so far.).

A contact no which I found through google search remains unanswered.

Now I am left at the mercy of the seller to contact me!
