Not provide givnig ordered product

Hi

i had ordered CAR ELECTRIC TYRE PUMP WITH TUBELESS TYRE PUNCTURE kit from indiaplaza online on 27/09 on same day evening they updated status as you will receve the product on 02/10... but now i have ask them daily no rweply given from their side they said product is not available.. when i was ordered at that time shown in stock..now today 10/10 thery are not giving me proper answer on phone and not reply of my mail since 05/10

so plase help and i cant stop this kind of cheating
