Poor service & replace set without my Confirmation

Hi

I give nokia 5130c-2 imei no 35422032083768 to hindtell communication at bathinda centre (punjab) date 26 april job sheet no 176433527/100426/24 for incoming speaker problem after one day when i go for receive my handset they tell your hanset send to company for repair &u will get after one week. Now on 16 may they trying to give changed imei no and used scrathed set to me but idont accept it So i request to give own set same imei no or afresh set as early as possible
