No response for delivery request

Have ordered a product and they had promised to deliver within 30th September... But they have not responded till now the status is ready to ship for tha past two days and am still not able to contact them..

I have informed them that im leaving abroad on 3rd October and am even ready to bare the extra charges and asked them to ship through express flight delivery...

So please accept my request and ship them on time...
