Sir, I have placed an order of Jaipan Induction Cooker JIC 8005 on Indiaplaza.in (On-line Shopping) by redeeming my citibank credit card rewards point 2249/- (equivalent to Rs.2240/-) on 24.09.10. As per status of Indiaplaza.in my consignment has been shipped on 05.10.10 under order No. IN2409100299, Consignment No.is 6171117153 through Aramex Courier Agency. Till date i.e. 03.11.10, I have not received my consignment despite number of queries made to indiaplaza.in but no response received. I have also contacted Aramex Courier Agency but they told that they have not received my item. I have also talked to Ms. Shreedevi of Indiaplaz.in on phone. She has also have no information of my item and told me that she will give feedback but no response. It is very difficult to get their phone line. Their Phone No. is 080-25208795. Please help me to take up the matter with indiaplaz.in and arrange to get deliver my consignment.
