Phone Kaputt

Like many others, got carried away and purchased a cheap imitation of the i phone through a newspaper advert (Indiatimes in association with Bangalore Times) My excitement knew no bounds until the product was delivered to my doorstep. It only took a few minutes to install and calibrate the phone and BOOM crashes the touch screen!!! Numerous phone calls to the published helpline number and regional managers, have been to no avail. My demand to either replace or refund the full amount have fallen on deaf ears. I feel like a guinea pig, cheap tricked into their web of gimmickry. Sincere advice to ALL - go for the ORIGINAL rather than these cheap CHINA made replicas.
