Selling duplicate product

Hi Everybody,

I am working for call center and recently I read Times of India news paper and there they have advertised a HTC 7 surround dolby digital mobile phone at 57% less offer. I called their service center asked about the product and the executive told me that the mobile is legal sealed product and has 6mnths of their warranty. Believing that the mobile sealed I ordered for one over the phone. After 8 working days I got the product but later I sent the courier person, I realized it is a Brand from AT&T in US but am still not even sure whether it is american brand or the seller cheated me giving any Korean mobile with the name HTC on it. I lost my 13300 rupees and now even that phone is not working. Seller also not giving any response to my complaints.
