Daily 4/5 SMS and Service Massages

I an a MTNL Mobile holder Number 9869170645. Since last one month all of a sudden there are daily 4/5 SMS and Service Massages about score 0 and so on.. at odd hours disturbing me.

Since I am a prepaid customer abou t Rs. 500/- are recovered from the prepaid amount. I tried SMS reply to 5888 and there is no response and the harassment continues.

I desire that the amount debited to my prepaid account be credited forthwith and India Times should also stop sendig SMS as also pay me damages Rs.1 lac for the agony and unnecessary disturbances at odd hours.
