Felt cheated and no money back recieved faulty mobile

I have placed an order number 112622310 for mobile handset blackberry curve 8320, on online indiatimesshopping, i have recieved the faulty product and it is not working, i have request for money back as per indiatimes shopping terms and condition if the device is not working or not upto mention quality, customer may take money back, i have registered a complaint for money back but they registering for replacement, i have registered acomplaint by refrence number 495608 but on 10october but they take compalint as replacement, and i have recieved product on 8 october, and from that day iam comunicating but always get the answer you will get sms regarding returning of product and getting cash back.still date i havent any information related to money back they have cheated me, and saying we cant take compalints as server hangs up. And they are purosly taking advantage of the terms and condition mention on their website that product must return within 5 days, puposly delaying .and quite disturbed by cheated.
