Cancellation of Order #3001215962 without after 8 days

The Order was placed on 24th June for a house hold appliance. The order was confirmed on 25th June and the verification was completed on 25th June. But the amount was charged to my credit card on 24th June even before confirming and verifying the order. On 2nd July they have cancelled my order without any information either through phone call or even through e-mail. Today 3rd July when called for the reason for cancellation, their customer service is behaving rudely and as if they are doing a favor, they are informing the amount will be refunded after 4-6 business working days.
When started checking the websites it is evident that Indiatimes is indulging in unethical business practices like taking orders on out of stock products where the amount is in thousands, This way they can collate in lakhs if not in crores so that it will be non interest paid cash flow which can be used for other purposes. I have also seen people waiting for months for their refunds which is very unethical and immoral business standards.
On top it when I request the customer service person to transfer to manager, one lady Dolly (Not sure if it is the real name) was not even able to talk fluent english, I had to ask her to talk in Hindi.
PEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE THUGS. IT IS BETTER TO GO TO A STORE AND PAY 5% MORE BUT YOU WILL BE SURE YOU WILL GET THE PRODUCT.
