Non Delivery of Nikon L100

My order was placed with Indiatimes Shopping for Nikon Coolpix L100 digital camera on 11 June evening and it was registered as 12 Jun (as told by customer care executive). It was offered at price of Rs.8690 including shipping charges and the amount was paid through credit card. This advertisement appeared in Times of India on 11 June. It was told that the product will be delivered in 10 days and when spoken to customer care, they informed that it was dispatched on 27 June through a courier service called Click courier and the seller's name being N R Infotech.

The product hasnt been delivered till date (3 July). The order number is 112400660. When the seller was contacted at 022-66396510, they asked us to cancel the order if we cannot wait for another 7 days.
