I placed order long back with Indiatimes Shopping and my order no is 112058231. In this order, I asked for 2 Sony cameras and 2 sony ericson mobile phones. Rs. 16, 160/- drawn on UCO bank.

Till date i received only one camera which was delivered without mobile phone. The attached paper claims to give even a gift voucher worth Rs.500/- On complaining, one complaint no (37012) was alloted. Later, I received a spy pen camera and a watch, which I neither ordered nor interested in. Further I received a DD of Rs.7990/- from them but not the necessary products. I keep on complaining to customer care without any fruitful action from your side. I believed in the offrer given by Times of India and have felt cheated.
