Order made on July 29th not received yet

I ordered an mp4 player from indiatimes shopping (shopping.indatimes.com) on July 29th, and I haven't received my order yet and when I made query they I was told that they are unable to entertain my queries. It is to be noted that I had already made an advance payment of 1898 INR in advance. I hope that you'll help me. I'm sending a copy of my sent mail and received from them.
