Product replacement not sent

I have been following up for replacement from 19th January.

Customer care number is not answering complaint calls for more than a month. There is no way to make a telephone. and also there were no replied to numerous mails sent.

Indiatimes shopping is taking customers for granted. Sell and forget. No after sales service.

Complaint Reference No: 121251, executive – Renu, who confirmed that I will get a replacement in this week on 19th January.
