Sent me incorrect and junk product

Hi sir.

i had place an order with indiatimeshopping for car music system on 01/09 through my credit card by phone. they deliver the product on 01/12.

As they committed this is universal company product . when we recived it, it was a local music system. and it has technical problem. i have called many times to there call center number for refund they use to put me on long hold and then disconnect the phone. and now it's more than a month they never take action for my refund request.
