NON SHIPPMENT OF WHIRPOOL WASHING MACHINE

Dear sir.

With referance to the above subject I had placed order through online for Whirlpool Whitemagic Pro 700 S Fully Automatic Washing Machine - Free Diamond Pendant worth Rs. 4990 with INDIATIMES SHOPPING on Feb 26th. But still the time i not received the above mentioned product nor my refund.

I have made payment through ABNAMRO credit card of rs.15790.00 on 26th feb and ORDER NO.112232884.Many times i called to indiatimes customer care and by mail they are not responding.

kindly help me in this matter to get my money back or my product i am mently stressed.
