Non delivery of product

I had ordered a mobile phone using my credit card from indiatimes shopping and was told that i would not be charged any processing fees by the person when doing the transaction. I was also given a tracking number. I was also told that i would be receiving this product withn 3 days. Infact the mobile order number is still to be found as well as i was charged another rs 300 as processing fees. its been 3 days and when i called the customer care... all they say is that there has been no order placed as its still not showing on their computer. My tracking number given is 10112009701523 and the order was for a micromax Q5 mobile. If this is the service that india times is gonna provide i would make it a point to tell one and all that do not shop on indiatimes portal
