Myself Suraj Mirchandani and i stay in mumbai. I had read an advertisement of Indiatimes Shopping in mumbai mirror and called on that number to order the product. i had ordered an kitchen dicer and they told me to pay through credit card to get the delivery in 5 days. i placed my order 1week back and yet i have not received my product.i have made a full payment along with the shipmet fees and now the courier company named "blue dart" is calling me and telling me to pay more money to get the product. my order reference number is 201007151516062. please help me and take a strict action against them.
