Dear sir/madam,

I had booked an ipod nano 16gb from shopping.indiatimes.com. The product is not working, i.e, its battery is damaged which gets low as I dispatch it from charging. Meanwhile i contacted umpteen times to the indiatimes customer care but still there is no response. The sub-order no. of my product is 3246569.
