Got a defective productive and its been 20 days without replacement

I spoke to your customer care executive almost 6 to 8 times regarding the defective product.
Always asking to wait for 3 -- 4 days it has been 17 days without any progress on the the product reverse pickup. The information you have provided is not trustful.
I really wanted the product but I am forced to cancel the order as you are taking long time for the reverse pick up and again 10 to 12 working days to resend the new product that will delay the total process by one month (Which is also not at all sure).
