Non delivery of prodcut on due date

I ordered a Window Ac - 1.5tr Class Hitachi Quadricool Tm - Rat318hrd on Hitachi website which got redirected to India times shopping on 3rd Apri 2011 . The value of the AC is 25200 and the due date was 14th April. I haven't got the delivery and it is not shipped till day even as per India times records, I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money back. As per their terms and conditions if the product is not delivered on promised time customer is entitled to cancel the product and receive refund within next 3 working days. Now the customer support executive is taking this as a complaint and she says it will take another 6 days to process it. They have to check with merchant and then process the cancellation request.

I am worried whether I will get my money back from them now, such a delay in shipping after paying money and irresponsilbie answer is giving me a nightmare.
