Wrong product and no response from Customer service

I made an online order with indiatimes shopping on July 8th for a 40 inch LCD TV (Toshiba Brand). [Order:3001248370] After many followups with them, I finally got the product on 23rd of July. When I opened the package, it was a 32 inch TV. I ordered a 40 inch Toshiba TV and I got a 32 inch from another brand. And from that day, I have been calling them almost everyday and they keep telling me that my complaint is under processing and will be updated in 24-48 hours.

It has been 10 days now and they are still telling the same.

Please keep away from shopping with them.
