Non delivery of consignment

I made the order 112467143 on indiatimes website on 22nd july and I was informed that I would be getting my product in 10 days. But after several calling to their customer care I an assured that they will send me the product by next friday (17th of august) which I dont believe because I have been assured by them that i would be getting the product last Saturday, Monday, Tuesday etc etc.. It just doesnt happen. They make empty promises and we have to wait for them to break it to call them up again. I have asked for cancellation and full refund. Let me see what happens with that now.
