Cheating and fraud

I have order 2 mobile handsets of model HTC HD2 from india today book club the booking id for the same was 440016124 & 440016130 .But when i inquired in customer care one other model has been issued to me without my notice. i have refused to received the parcel and asked them for refund of money but till date no action has been taken by india today.
