Dealy in replacement of broken product

Most regretfully I am bringing some incidents and facts to your notice which given me immense mental harassment.
After receiving the promotional mails from Indiatoday bookclub to my mail id I had ordered for a Kodak digital camera free holiday free round trip Air ticket on dated 05/11.and made the payment through online banking.
But I have not received any response from indiatoday book club. After sending reminder mails with my bank statement I have received a consigment. But while opening I found that there was a Camera in broken condition. I immediately contacted the costumer care dept through Phone as well as Mail.
As per their advise I had returned the consignment on 1st Dec, 09 and waiting for the refund of my money or replacement of my order as per assurance.
It is already around 2 months since when I had returned the consignment, but I am sorry to say that despite of several reminders/requests through mail and phone my problem not yet solved. Number of times I had mailed the POD as per their advise, but sorry to inform you that I am only receiving assurance not any action.
