Non Receipt of Product

On 21/04, I received a call from a Person named Mr. Deepak Sharma for offer to sale BLACK BERRY Mobile Phone worth Rs.29000/- at Rs.7500/-. I was informed that this company is a INDIA TODAY GROUP Company. I ordered for ONE such mobile phones and paid by Credit card. The amount is already debited from my Account but I have NOT received the Mobile Phone ordered by me. I was also told that I would receive a call from Subodh Foundation and the amount will be credited to them. Mr. Deepak told that I should tell them that I am giving the amount of Rs.7500 as charity to their organization. I was assured to receive the goods in 45 days. I am also NOT able to get the calls connected to the Telephone No. 0120 3009300 from where I had received the call. I THINK India Today is fooling people and minting money. I have found out that a person who has received same type of call and was given a low grade phone which was very much lower priced.
