Products not delivered and irresposible cusstomer support

I ordered a Mobile phone via Indiavarta.com and as per the commitment they have to deliver the product with in 14 working days. But till 25days they did not deliver the product.

3 times I called the customer care and there was no proper answer and on the 25 th day they replied they are running out of stocks. They use abuse words holding the customer on call.

Holding customers money for more than 25days, it doesn't mean a proper answer from a company. hope only bank can hold any customers money.

even few of my friends had the same experience with the company, I came to know this later.
