Cheating Add in News Pape

I have placed a order (N5800) on 12/01 with reference to your add on that day newspaper. I have been told about the amount that I have to pay and the date.

And when I called again to reconfirm about the same, I was told it is NOKIA N 5800 .

I was reconfirmed the same just yesterday morning also, I got the same and strong reply that it is NOKIA N 5800 only.

But I was shocked once I opened the parcel. I found a mobile with a name N5800 which is NOT a NOKIA make.

And more over the touch screen is not working properly. So, in this regard I was Cheated.

Now I need my money back with the delivery charges. And I will move this issue legally also.
