Non replacement of faulty sewing machine

I purchased the following from Indiatimes Readers Offer ;-

They delivered the same to me and took cash on delivery.

Soon upon opening it - I found that the adapter was faulty and so was the foot pedal.

I immediately called up the customer service and they told me to email them.

Upon emailing them, they sent me an email saying that I am supposed to replicate the same packing as the product came in along with the thermo col and everything and courier it to them spending my money on the courier.

I replied to them that I do not have the packing anymore and asked them that will this be the reason that they will not replace the machine?

After this they have not answered at all.

All the summer holiday is coming to an end and I have not been able to sew anything for a summer vacation project.

Can you please help and get me a working machine or refund my money totally.
