Substandard iPro* cell phone delivered delivered

With much trepidation I have purchased iPro* cell phone through tele-calling and my order id is 2010006231852452 dated 23.6 2010 and one Mr. G. Kumar had booked the order. I got delivery of the product on 1.7.2010. I have not yet purchased TF memory card and so I cannot access many of its important features. Now my complaints are:

(a) Gift coupon worth Rs. 250/ was not sent with the parcel.

(b) The clock runs slow by more than 20 minutes a day.

(c) Voice and the speaker in of very poor quality. Nether my voice can be recognized nor is what I say clear to the listener. The sound quality of the radio is also very bad.

(d) The jack of the charger bends very easily and I am afraid it may snap after few uses.

I have lodged a complaint to-day for replacement of the cell phone immediately and also have asked for my gift coupon for Rs. 250/.

I wish I had read the reviews of Indiatimes products and its services before doing the purchase on an impulse.
