Hardware problem/ not work

I purchase a spy pen camera 16 Gb pen drive...

in first day i make video..transfrer data to use pendrive... n try to connect computer...

but several problem has come... as...

when i transfer data data is transfer but again i make vidio, it not make video, then plug to computer, then tha data is disapper from pen drive and video is also not made..

it not record voice or pohot.. seperatly as tell to me at time of order

some time recoding is not done ..

i totaly feed up..

i also try give no but ur person not note my problem due to network problm the give email id

so

please call me to listen complete problem..

but they didnot try to solve my problem

at last they say ur warranty period if expire now we cant do for u..

then i come near to u to help me..
