Complaint of my washing machine

I am constrained to draw your attention towards the innefficient quality of your washing machine.

model no. samsung 9201 eg 7.2kg w/m, purchased on 4th february.

1st complain was on date 27th march bp no 84142a19017, my washing tub is showing regular trouble.

my second complain was on date 28th april bp no. 84142a19017, the spinner of my washing machine did not work and this is reapiting.

I am not satissfied with this machine. So, i kindly request you to exchange this with a new one. I ll be greatly oblised to you and be grateful. I will be waiting for your response.
