Cheated, recieved a dead car sterio

Nearly 3 months ago i had ordered a car stereo from indiatimes shopping. After waiting for so many days we received a dead one .we had to send it back with assurance that we would get it back within 15 days. Today nearly one month has passed and no sign of it still. Now i think we are just fools waiting for it. In a day or two i would be surely contacting the consumer court and will make sure that this whole scene is in the newspaper. i will surely make sure that i get justice.
