Amt deduction without my approval

I also faced the same problem. today morning i got an sms saying that Ganesh Solgan got renewed, rs.30 for that renwwal and To Unsubscribe, dial 580005. i am shoked becoz To Unsubscribe, dial**** which means what, they deducted already without my approval and i immly checkd the balance, the amt 30 was deducted. how fraudalant activity they followed. i also tried the Customer Care & 198, they inform to dial 121 but if i dialled 121, they told to dial 198. what a cleaver game they play. i also not known, how tro proceed, but i decided to keep only the minimum balkance.
