Poor service for AC under warranty

Hi,

I am a Samsung customer. I have my home full of Samsung home appliances such as washing machine, air conditioner, Fridge, T.V. etc. But the afetr sale service that I am getting on A/C under warranty is pathetic. I told the technician who visited my place that compressor is not working and it is under warranty. The technician tried to convince me that there is gas leakage. And went away, stating that some one will come and pick up the AC. But every day I am calling and the customer service people tell me that we have forwarded the case on high priority. But every thing goes in vain. Finally I purchased a new AC today. And Samsung lost one of its valuable customer, as the new AC is Hitachi.
