Dear Sir,

Pls note inspite of giving & paying for AMC, your people here in RANCHI, JHARKHAND, doesnt bother to attend complains. They keep their mobiles switched off, and if gets connected they disconnect our call. Situation is Ranchi is very bad. Its really shameful for a Pioneer water purifier company, holding a brand name for itself in India, to keep such nonsense & irresponsible people in Ranchi for service.

Eureka forbes is trusted world wide, but pls note we are following up with Mr Shravan in Ranchi - 09304502424, for attending one Industrial model in our Administrative building, which is out of order for last 5 days, but he is always avoiding our call, by disconnecting.

We will appreciate if a very stern action is taken by EUREKA FORBES to discipline such people, who doesnt understand the value of Company image in Market. It takes years of hard work to establish your product in Market, and such people will take few days to tarnish the hard work of Eureka forbes. Pls dont allow these people to ruin your market share, as now a days there are other water purifiers coming up in market & if they provide better service, Eureka forbes monopoly for years can gradually come to an end, courtesy people like Mr Shravan.

So pls wake up, pull up your socks, & start working against negatives creeping in your company, other wise it can be very late, because markets change in a flash.
