Dear sir,

I am a postpaid customer for past 8 years. Im businessman im using allover my 5 firms.im going to cut all my reliance connections due to a problem.

I was using an LG 6330, which was an old model of Reliance. I Thought to change my cell phone and buy a new blackberry 9630, which is available with Reliance CDMA. I'm a reliance customer for the past 7 years.

Atfirst i thought to buy a blackberry which costs Rs.16000. Then the staff of the web world told there is a

new model arrived which supports cdma and gsm, and also has 3G and all other facilities, it costs Rs.27999. i asked the staff that whether i can use any gsm in that phone, staff told me dat we can use any gsm sim in that at the same time. Then i gave them advance for that phone on two conditions:

1) I want my old contacts to be changed to the new phone (ie, from LG to Blackberry)

2) I want to use my Airtel gsm and Reliance CDMA in that same phone.

The staff and the owner said both the conditions can be fulfiled.

I called them frequently after 1 week for getting the phone. They dont even want to attend the call and they

are very irresponsible. Waited for 2 weeks for getting the phone. After giving the phone to me they said that

contacts cannot be copied.then i waited for 2 more days getting my contacts copied to my phone.

After giving me the phone without copying the contacts, after reaching my house i just put

my airtel sim and it is not working.

Then i called the person over there and said that my airtel is not working and he told that he check and say to me .then too no rlpy for 3 days . i keep on calling and then yesterday only he said dat gsm sim will work on international roaming that too the gsm sim which is provided by them. I didnt even start using that phone even now. Because my gsm is not working. What shall i do, give me an idea that what to do.

My 28000 rupees is just standing simply. Cannt use not even able to use. Then too wrong information have been given to customer. This is not good not at all good. The MRP of the phone is 27990 and then put the bill as 27999. What kind of a show is this. Irresponsible freaks.
