Not refunding amount

I purchased 3 products in an order from timtara.com (InfoSecure Consulting Pvt Ltd B-26, Second Floor, Sector 8, Noida01, Phone no. 0135-3051500) on 24-03 by doing payment through ccavenue gateway. Details are given below.

Order no. 10222198, 1 x Dr. Morepen BP Monitor Blood Glucose Meter Digital Thermometer, Rs. 2099

I placed this order on March 24 but I did not get any kind of dispatch information till March 29. Then, I checked in www.timtara.com website and order was changed to Payment refund pending status by themselves without any intimation to me. I have been calling timtara support number and mailing to them, since March 29th for amount refund status. But they have been saying and postponing to next week again and again. And the are not ready to refund the amount Rs. 2099 soon. Its going to be 3 months now and my amount is still pending with them. Kindly help me on this issue to get amount refund.
