Sub: Complain against Infres Methodex Ltd. Ahmedabad for Improper Service

Dear Sir,

with reference to above subject i am requesting you to solve my problem against improper printing in photo print and in Colour and not coming proper image colour copy print from the machine. so please do early as possible.

sir, since last three months i am getting complain from my customer for colour print out.

my customer are disappoint by my print quality... since few months their is a trouble in machine (colour print). I have complain since two months, but Mr. Nitinbhai told me that if head office (delhi) will take the action regarding this matter or if head office (delhi) says to improve than only it happens.. other wise if won't happen...

as per our contract machine should work proper, but since many months whenever i am having the problem regarding machine or machine colour print quality the

Ahmedabad office is having only one answer is... if coming approval from head office then only we can do something for you... other wise sorry for inconvenience.

sir i am having problem please do needful for me as soon as possible.
