Poor service & faulty Service

I can say .. what a blunder I did by taking battery & UPS from local company. I got a tubular battery inverter from "innovex Power" for my house. Battary looked to be faulty from the begining as my electrycity bill gone up (FYI: I was using a local battary earlier, but I replace it thinking the new battary will support my PC as UPS) and I get less back up. I keep complaining, but they were keep arguing that I may be using more power. but finally after 1 year I insist them to take the battary and check. It was Good that they replace the battary. But the new one also could sustain a 1 yr life and unfertunatly I didn't have warrenty period. When I told consedering the I have used the battary literaly for a year technically, myself being cool the manager of that company started souting that you should have taken AMC. In fact I was ready to take AMC, but they were giving AMC just for putting disstil water in the battary not for manufaturing defect.

When I checked with local shop, they told the inverter itself is malfunctioning and allowing to charge neyond capacity, and as battarry plate are local made it could not sustain that. This company service people never could identify the actyual problem of UPS else even the low quality battry would have sustained for some more time for my 20K ruppees.

They also did not give a bill so I can not go to a consumer court.

However I am just raising in this forum so that other do not suffer by taking high cost battry from this company.
