HI,
I dont know if you are the right person to contact, but even the feedback forum on Airtel site is not working.
I want to place my views for my past few months with Airtel. I am not at all satisfied with the type of service provided by Airtel. It is for the forth time when my balance got deducted for activating some VAS pack of something or the other service, which I have never activated.
On speaking with CC they told they got a confirmation mail for activation.
There may be two reasons for this 1) There is some problem in your system or 2) Since a customer can't check on Airtel side. Airtel is making the customers fool.
This is really frustrating for me.
