I am a high volume consumer of Airtel and my bills are constantly in the thousands. I recently had international roaming activated and had used the phone in Israel and consequently my bills for the current month are high. Airtel would not give me a bill but they want me to make a pre payment to continue outgoing service on my number. I refuse to make a payment without a bill and Airtel woul not agree. I am planning on taking Airtel to consumer court. If any one else has faced the same problem kindly contact me and we can make it a class action lawsuit. I personally cancelled my account with Airtel and am going with other providers for my mobile account.
