Dear Sirs:

Sub:- Replacement of Mixer Unit / return of net cost plus interest

Ref:- Instagrind Flour Mill – Invoice No.1297 Dt.14/05

Please refer to my formal complaint letter dated 31/11 (copy attached).

Since I purchased this unit, I have never been able to use this machine. On Jan the motor of the machine was taken by your distributor-cum-service-agent M/s. DEEPTI ENTERPRISES, KOTTAYAM, KERALA saying that it will be repaired and returned but asking me to take it and get it fixed from their shop.

Despite repeated calls and enquiries, they have being telling many unacceptable reasons and till date nothing has done.

Since it is nearing one year from purchase of this machine, and we could not use this for the purpose what we have bought, I am asking you to REPLACE the unit with all attachments and fresh warrantee period WITHIN A PERIOD of ONE (1) week from this date. And OR return the invoice amount of Rs.5, 400/= with a minimum 10% simple interest. Failing which, I will be forced to take up the matter with respective authorities.

I await your acknowledgement, proper immediate action.
