Has not received my parcel sent by my friend from canada

My friend has sent a camera to me by canada on the 4 jan to mumbai. she sent it by canada post and their online status is that the ''international post has left canada on 14 jan'' after that there is no update since once month..im still not able to get any information..when contacted the canada post they told my frined that as per their website the post has left canada and they cannot tack it... one need to track it where it was sent..she is a student and she saved a penny penny to send the parcel to me and its been more then 40 days we are not sure where the parcel is... the tracking number is ''CC176548126CA'' ...can someone plz let me know what i can do...
